Terms and Conditions

1. Studio & Gallery Operations

All visitors to the workspace and gallery must follow posted safety guidelines. The environment contains high-temperature equipment, fragile materials, and active work zones. We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask visitors to leave if safety protocols are ignored.

Gallery purchases are final once the piece leaves the premises. We meticulously inspect all artwork before sale. If a piece requires shipping, risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon handoff to the designated carrier.

2. Workshop Registrations

Full payment is required to secure a spot in any instructional session. Participants must wear closed-toe shoes and natural fiber clothing. Synthetic fabrics are strictly prohibited on the floor for safety reasons.

• Cancellations made up to fourteen days before the session will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations within fourteen days are non-refundable, though you may transfer your spot to another individual.
• We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen equipment maintenance.

3. Custom Commissions

Bespoke projects begin with a detailed consultation and require a fifty percent non-refundable deposit before scheduling fabrication. The final balance is due upon completion and prior to delivery or pickup.

Due to the organic nature of the medium, slight variations in color, dimension, and form are inherent to the process and are not considered defects. We communicate closely throughout fabrication to ensure the final piece aligns with the approved concept.
